The sunday buffet is very good value with a choice of a traditional roast or authentic Indian food and also other nationality food. We would certainly stay there again when in Oxford.

“A little bit of England”

Great location and a beautiful 30 minute walk into Oxford with jigsaw puzzle box views.
Booked a family room which was plenty big enough for 3. Shower a bit weak but there was also a bath in the room.
Menu looked interesting and the breakfast was superb with a wide range of dishes to choose from, unusual for breakfast, but very welcome as a vegetarian!.
Would definitely stay here again, people charming and decor is being updated.
“Very pleasant, clean and accomodating”

I wasn't able to book a hotel in the center of Oxford because it was graduation week and all the hotels were booked. However, this hotel suited my needs perfectly. It's on a bus line, and only a 10-minute pleasant walk through a quiet residential neighborhood. As a woman traveling solo, I felt comfortable eating in the restaurant on the first floor. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating, and it was clean and quiet. And it had free high-speed internet, which was invaluable as each night I was able to research my next day's itinerary. I stayed here five nights and would definitely stay here again.
